Simply complete a Bid Request Form and tell us the rate you want to pay and the terms you desire. We've broken the request process down into easy-to-follow steps, with online calculators and other tools to ensure that you have all the help you'll need right at your fingertips. The entire process is confidential and secure.

We'll send your Bid Request to our member lenders who will bid for your business.  You will receive a bid notification within 24 hours, and under normal circumstances, within 6 hours. If a lender does not agree to your exact terms, lenders have seven business days to respond with competitive offers for your re-consideration via phone or e-mail.

Unlike other online MORTGAGE bidding sites, the Maryland Mortgage Shop utilizes lenders in a true bidding arena, not like some companies which promote their system as "competition".
